Every order is handmade, so there are no returns unless there was an error on my part. 

Please remember that screen monitors can change the color of the designs, so colors may not be exact.

Turnaround time varies, I order items as they are needed, and processing times are always changing depending on order demand. My processing time is currently 5-7 business days.
